Amanda Cannan
B.Sc. (Hons.), QTS, Cert. Couns. PG Dip SPLD, AMBDA, APC
Amanda is one of the Psychologists in the assessment service and is a Psychology graduate and a fully qualified teacher. She has a masters level qualification in special educational needs with emphasis on literacy and language (dyslexia) from Dyslexia Action validated by the University of York, an Assessment Practicing Certificate and a certificate in counselling.
Amanda worked as an assessing Psychologist and a specialist teacher at East Court School for over 9 years. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, and an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association.
Amanda has three children and a Bernese Mountain dog.
